Louisville mayoral candidates discuss mental health
Eight of the 12 candidates addressed their plans to tackle suicide, lack of resources, dealing with mental health in jails and drug addiction.
Chartrael Hall also plans to add full-time respite centers. "So when police officers encounter a community member in distress, hospital-level care is available for the officer to pass off,” Hall said.

What is your favorite part about being a GLI Ambassador? TERRIfic Terri is one of my favorite parts, and then I would say the ribbon cuttings!
What value does your company derive from investing in GLI? Networking. Nonprofits are all about networking to find new ideas, investors/donors, and being seen in the community.
What’s the best investment you’ve ever made? My religion and faith. I also married my wife last year after being together 10 years. Financially would be my wedding that I paid for. I Proposed in February and we got married September!
Outside the office, what do you like to do for fun? Traveling, Driving fast cars and hanging with my mentor of 14 years.
